I have a lot of experience doing working with teaching English as a second language with over five years experience

I have over 5 years experience of teaching English to speakers of other languages and more recently as an Academic Support Worker in which I support over 16's with their work1 to 1 at UCB. I have always used my years of experience to make a normally dull and factual lesson, a lesson where my students can participate and have some enjoyment while learning how to best deal with the day to day issues that may be confronted.
My aim is for the student to feel valued and confident enough to be able to research information independently and achieve positive outcomes enabling them to be a hardworking part of society. During my time in most of my jobs, I have had to monitor the work I will be doing and have done in partnership with other professionals, to ensure a record of all activities can be made, whether mandatory or for the benefit of the individual company.
Due to my children being adults now, I am able to dedicate a lot more time and effort into making sure my lessons teach specifically what is needed.
