I offer supportive, one-to-one online sessions for students aged approximately 11–21 who need help improving their study techniques, organisation, focus, and confidence.
My sessions go beyond academic techniques alone. I help students understand how they learn best, manage their time more effectively, reduce stress around schoolwork, and build motivation and self-belief.
Sessions are calm, encouraging, and student-led. We work together to develop practical strategies such as planning, breaking work into manageable steps, revision techniques, and healthy routines that support both learning and wellbeing.
I have a background in mental health and extensive experience supporting young people. While I do not provide therapy, I offer structured, positive support that helps students feel more capable, organised, and in control of their studies.
Sessions are delivered online with flexible availability and tailored to each student’s needs and pace.
