I offer calm, supportive one-to-one online sessions for children and teenagers, tailored to their individual needs, personalities, and developmental stages. My approach is warm, structured, and reassuring, helping students feel safe, understood, and supported while building skills that genuinely help them cope with school and academic pressures.
I support students in managing academic stress and overwhelm, building confidence and self-belief, improving focus and motivation, and developing effective study, organisation, time management, and mindset skills. Sessions draw on practical, psychology-informed approaches that are encouraging, achievable, and age-appropriate, helping students make steady progress without pressure or judgement.
Each session is structured and goal-focused while remaining flexible to the student's needs. I work at a pace that feels comfortable, helping students develop routines, resilience, emotional regulation, and coping strategies that support both their learning and their overall wellbeing, now and in the longer term.
I am particularly experienced in supporting students who feel anxious, overwhelmed, lack confidence, struggle with focus or motivation, or find it difficult to manage the demands of school life. Parents often seek my support when their child is capable but stressed, under-confident, or stuck in unhelpful patterns around learning, organisation, or self-belief.
The first session is a short introductory call to understand the student’s needs, answer questions, and discuss whether ongoing sessions would be a good fit.
