I am a Practitioner, Researcher and University lecturer

I am a part time university lecturer, I cover topics of Sport science, nutrition, anatomy and physiology. Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), teaching within the Sports Nutrition module to UG and PG cohorts. I can teach both in person and online, I like to engage with students and am used to working with a diverse cohort, from a range of backgrounds and learning capabilities. I also bring my experience as a researcher and practitioner into my teaching. This allows me to give real world examples of how theory can be used in the field, making complex topics more digestible for students
