I am a kind and friendly person, healthy and very passionate about my work. I am a Yoga, Qi Gong and Meditation Instructor.

I have worked as a Yoga and Tai chi instructor for an Association of Yoga and Taoism, in a Martial Arts dojo, gyms, cultural centers and in the University in Spain.I have basic notions of Traditional Chinese Medicine and taoist philosophy, I also have been working with people from different ages, from kids groups to elderly people adapting the different exercises and lessons to everyone´s. All these disciplines have a complementary work, all they are psychophysical practices with a shared philosophy and its benefits to rebuild in a physical, mental and spiritual level
