I have a keen interest in people and focus on solutions rather than issues.

Within my last two roles (2018-Present) I have/had significant roles within both organisations when it comes to senior management and obtaining practical experience with the areas of strategy, governance, organisational leadership, financial management, people management and stakeholder relationships. My teaching will focus on goal setting - short, medium and long term and providing a listening ear to the students, focusing on solutions on how they can progress their careers.
