My strengths are in realistic French conversation and professional conversation.

Having studied French at school and university for 11 years, I discovered that what I had learned in the classrooms and lecture halls was not exactly what was needed to work alongside French people in an office or chat with French colleagues over an « apéro ».

The fundamentals of language, grammar, tenses and verb conjugation are very important but my desire has always been to speak French, with native French speakers. That is the real value-add when travelling to France or applying to work in the French market.

I hope to take what I’ve learned over the years and from living in and travelling to France to help students get to the next level of having near-native fluency, a flawless accent and the confidence to do a job interview in French or conduct a presentation at work.
