Experienced Private Tutor for GCSE Mathematics

I have over 5 years of experience tutoring mathematics, with a proven record of improving tutees' grades and helping people who have struggled to pass their maths first time to pass in their resits. I have been tutoring both in-person and online and have experience working with SEND students and children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

I focus on teaching students to think through questions methodically rather than simply explaining the answers. I do this to ensure that they understand the key concepts needed to tackle any exam problem in a step-by-step manner.

Once I am satisfied that the level of understanding is good enough, I work through past papers with the students and give them key advice on revision strategies and exam techniques to make sure they achieve the highest possible results.
