Hi, My name is Pari and I am a CBT-Therapist with about 20 years- experience working as a CBT Therapist, mostly as a High Intensity CBT Therapist. I have an Undergraduate Diploma as well as Postgraduate IAPT High Intensity CBT-Therapist Diploma in CBT and am fully accredited with BABCP and I’m a member of BABCP too. I have 2.5 years research on bipolar disorder and have worked with these patients as a nurse in psychiatric wards too. I also have studied Integrative Psychotherapy and have worked in IAPT Services in 17 years now and I can deliver therapy in 7 languages, Farsi, Afghani, Kurdish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, English, and can read and write in Arabic and some Pashto. Further I have BSc in Mental Health Nursing, MSc in integrative psychotherapy, MSc in behavioural psychology, and am doing my doctorate in Existential Counselling and Psychotherapy.
