My teaching approach is student-centred. Rather than following a rigid script, I begin by understanding each student's current level, learning habits, and goals, then build a structured pathway from there. From my experience guiding students through IELTS, I know how to break down complex language patterns into digestible steps, making abstract grammar rules feel manageable. For small children, I draw on my Cambridge YLE experience to design sessions that are engaging and confidence-building. I am comfortable working with materials provided by the school or parents, and I supplement these with targeted exercises whenever a student needs extra knowledge in a particular area. I can also bridge explanations across English and Chinese with ease.
