Concert pianist and tutor with 35 years of professional experience

I have a doctorate in music from Sussex University and an Mmus (Distinction) from Exeter University. I have taught music at various universities including Exeter, Oxford and Sussex. From-I was Composer in Residence at the Grieg Conservatory of Music, Bergen, Norway. From-I worked as a freelance keyboard player with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. Then for ten years taught piano at several different Cultural Schools in Norway.
In 2022 I was awarded a Norwegian Grammy Award. Finally, I have all 1-8 ABRSM Grades and can teach all levels of piano. My area is classical music. I am a good humoured, patient and diligent tutor. Lessons are 16 pounds for 30 minutes or 32 pounds for an hour.
