Physics Tutor | 4 A* Predictions | Imperial Mechanical Engineering Offer Holder | GCSE and A Level

Hi, I'm Artem. I hold an offer to study Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London and achieved A* predictions in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

I have one year of one-to-one tutoring experience, helping my GCSE Chemistry student improve his understanding and exceed his target grade through regular, personalised lessons. Whether it's understanding why a circuit behaves the way it does or explaining the physics in our daily life, I enjoy breaking complex ideas down into simple, intuitive explanations.

Having recently completed A Levels myself, I'm familiar with the current specifications, exam techniques and the topics students often find most challenging. I know that Physics can feel overwhelming at times, but with clear explanations and plenty of practice they become much more approachable.

One thing I often hear from students is that school lessons can move on before they've fully understood a topic. I make sure students feel comfortable asking questions at any point during the lesson, even if they seem simple. Building a strong understanding early on makes the more difficult topics much easier later.

I believe students learn best when they understand the reasoning behind concepts instead of memorising facts or equations. During lessons we'll work through problems step by step, identify any misconceptions and gradually build confidence by applying knowledge to increasingly challenging exam questions.
