I am a conscious coach and I have coached women, children and families how to live mindfully and thrive for 2 years. I recently published my book "Shine Baby Shine - Reclaim your self-worth and heal from co-dependency " based on my mindfulness method SHINE.
My SHINE method focuses on making your mental and physical wellbeing a priority , developing a happier mindset and letting go of limiting beliefs that stop you from moving forward.
My programme will make you more self- aware on what is holding back in reaching your full potential, how to be more mindful in your workplace , achieving your goals, and the creating the life you want for yourself.
Mindfulness resources and mood boosting exercises will be available for you to strengthen your inner resources , like reflective work , journaling and guided meditations etc.... Each intention is to feel less stress , release anxiety and take small steps to come out of your comfort zone .
