As a passionate and motivated teacher, my goal is to motivate students to reach their greatest potential. My method of instruction is based on encouraging students' interest, boosting their confidence in learning, and helping them acquire problem-solving techniques that will help them in both everyday life and exams. When classes are interesting, encouraging, and suitably difficult, I think every student can enjoy and excel in the subject.
I am always trying to relate the bookish knowledge with real life. On the part of classroom management, I am always focusing on building a good rapport with the students, so that I can know better about the students' needs and kind of support they need. In other words, to manage and run a class smoothly with better results, I go to the students level. As a newly qualified teacher in the UK, I am working to know more about the curriculum and education system of the UK.
