I help students acheieve their Fitness Goals

I have been a journalist by profession and helped large audiences understand detailed subject matters.

I scored a 100/100 in Physical Education in school and was awarded by the Indian Govt. for the same.

I have graduated from many Workout Routines. (Insanity, Asylum, Max 30 and P90X)

On a day-to-day basis, I do help people work out and stick to a schedule.

I also help with Diet Planning.

My strength lies in understanding complex subjects to easy subjects and helping the student understand them in detail.
