I teach asanas for Basic to Intermediate levels. I also conduct workshops for Diabetes, Thyroid, Back pain, Sleep, to help improve concentration and to increase strength and flexibility. I also teach breathing techniques or Pranayams which help strengthen the immune system and techniques for relaxation and meditation. I specialize in yoga nidra.
