Hello, my name is Zhassulan, and I am an experienced mathematics teacher specialising in international curricula.

My experience includes IB Diploma Programme and Pre-IB Mathematics, IGCSE, Pearson Edexcel International A Levels and SAT preparation. I also support IB students with exam preparation and mathematical concepts

My lessons are personalised according to each student’s current level, learning style and academic goals. I begin by identifying any gaps in understanding before creating a clear and structured learning plan. During lessons, I use simple explanations, visual examples, guided practice and carefully selected questions to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorise formulas.

I am a patient and supportive teacher. If a student does not understand a topic, I explain it again in different ways and as many times as necessary. I encourage students to ask questions freely and learn from mistakes without feeling uncomfortable.

My aim is to strengthen conceptual understanding, problem-solving ability and mathematical confidence. Lessons may focus on improving school performance, reviewing difficult topics, completing homework or preparing for important examinations.

I believe every student can make progress with the right guidance, encouragement and learning environment. Whether you need regular academic support or focused exam preparation, I will adapt each lesson to help you achieve your goals.
