Zhanyl Kenenbaeva

Hello! My name is Zhanyl Kenenbaeva. I have experience working as an English teacher, and I really enjoy helping students improve their communication skills and become more confident in using English.
In my previous teaching experience, I launched a speaking club that engaged 28 students. I worked with students who struggled with pronunciation and hesitation, and my goal was to create a comfortable environment where they could practice speaking without being afraid of making mistakes.
My teaching approach is student-centered. I believe that every student learns differently, so I try to understand their individual level, goals, and difficulties before choosing the best way to teach them. I focus on practical English and encourage students to actively use the language instead of simply memorizing information.
During my lessons, I like to combine explanations with conversations, questions, discussions, and practical exercises. I pay particular attention to pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and speaking confidence, depending on what the student needs most.
I am also a patient and supportive tutor. I understand that making mistakes is a natural part of learning a language, so I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and trying to speak, even when they are not completely sure of their answer.
My experience as a coordinator has also helped me develop strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills. I am comfortable working with different people and adapting when something does not go according to plan.
I speak Kyrgyz and Russian natively, have C1-level English, and also speak Turkish and Chinese. Because I have learned several languages myself, I understand some of the challenges that language learners experience.
As your tutor, I would like to make every lesson useful, interactive, and comfortable. My goal is not only to help you improve your English, but also to help you feel more confident using it in real-life situations.
