My teaching style is student based I make sure that I include everyone. Allow the students to do the talking more and the I correct where I felt necessary. I give out group work where you work as a team then allow you to present on your findings to the rest of your classmates. I always encourage my students to ask questions and I always make sure that I answer as simple as possible so that you understand.
At the end of the lesson I always ask if the is anyone who needs more clarity and then I ask my own questions to see if you really understands the lesson.
At the end of 2 or 3 topics I give out test using the curriculum given then. Results are usually out the following day.
My previous students loved to ask questions and even about topics that does not include the subject taught because of the relationship I have there. They trusted me enough even on they personal matter.
