I have been teaching English for more than four years.The areas upon which i do work: grammatical structure and to be fluent and accurate in English either in writing or spoken.
Firstly, i do work on my students' tenses.
I give my students different tasks to prepare-to watch movies,to write on any specific topic,or they are also allowed to prepare any random topic by their own choice.The next day, i give them any certain or their home based topic to give presentation on. following is my strategy:

Improving students' speaking skills in English requires a multi-pronged approach. First, provide them with ample opportunities to practice speaking in class through activities such as group discussions, debates, and role-playing. Encourage students to speak up and take risks, even if they make mistakes. Second, expose students to authentic English language materials such as movies, TV shows, and podcasts, which can help them develop their listening skills and expand their vocabulary. Third, give students feedback on their pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary usage, and provide them with targeted resources to help them improve. Finally, create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages and celebrates students' progress and achievements.
In my spoken class , i engage my students randomly in any topic to make conversation on.So by this, they not only become fluent but also accurate with the passage of time and confident as well.
