I am writing to express my interest in the position of Life Coach for Students. With a diverse professional background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation Analysis, office management, education-related administration, and experience supporting families within an educational environment, I believe I can bring valuable communication, interpersonal, organisational, and mentoring skills to this role.
Throughout my corporate career, I have developed strong skills in communication, relationship building, problem-solving, understanding individual needs, and providing appropriate guidance and support. My experience in Talent Acquisition has enabled me to interact with people from diverse backgrounds, understand their strengths, and support them in making informed decisions. My experience in Compensation Analysis has further strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle information responsibly and professionally.
During my experience with Kidzee and Franchise India Brands Ltd, I gained valuable exposure to the education sector, admissions processes, parent communication, and administrative coordination. These experiences helped me understand the importance of creating a welcoming, supportive environment where children and families feel heard and valued. I believe these skills are transferable to helping students build confidence, develop positive attitudes, recognise their strengths, and work towards their personal and academic goals.
I am currently pursuing the Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools and Colleges through Manchester Adult Education and gaining practical experience through a placement in a Year 2 classroom at a primary school in Manchester. This opportunity is helping me develop a deeper understanding of children's needs, classroom environments, and the importance of patience, encouragement, inclusion, and positive relationships in supporting children's development.
I am particularly interested in the Life Coach role because I want to use my professional experience and developing educational knowledge to make a meaningful difference in students' lives. I understand that students may face challenges with confidence, motivation, behaviour, communication, or personal development, and I would aim to provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment in which they feel comfortable expressing themselves and identifying their goals. I am committed to listening carefully, encouraging independence, promoting resilience, and working collaboratively with students, teachers, and other professionals to support positive outcomes.
I would welcome the opportunity to bring my transferable professional skills, empathetic approach, willingness to learn, and genuine commitment to student development to your organisation. I am enthusiastic about contributing to an environment where every student feels encouraged, respected, and empowered to reach their potential.
Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my experience, skills, and commitment could contribute to your team.
Yours sincerely,
Zehra
