Studying history should not be dull! Tutoring from Zara Money moves away from focusing on remembering dates and events to understanding why these things happened. My style of teaching presents themes and concepts of events alongside historical dates to make the subject engaging for all. My lessons are based on your individual learning styles and will be unique for each student I tutor, enabling you to focus on the key information in a way that interests you the most.

Using online lessons I can provide visual resources, techniques for remembering details, presentation skills and power point presentations. I can teach at various levels from school to university history courses focusing on the key learning outcomes for your subject. Each student will have individual learning plans that we will use to focus on different areas of study and assess improvement over time, if required. I can provide essay style questions, practice tests and presentation practice to be marked enabling the student to practice history skills in a safe environment with supportive and constructive feedback.

I am a confident presenter of historical information having presented my own research at multiple conferences around the United Kingdom and can help build the confidence of historical researchers who are needing to demonstrate this skill for school or university work.
