I am a Mathematics tutor specialising in GCSE and A-level Maths, including Further Maths. I am currently studying Mathematics and Economics at the London School of Economics and have prior experience tutoring students on a one-to-one basis.

My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. At the start of tutoring, I identify strengths, weaknesses, and exam goals, and then plan lessons accordingly. I focus on building strong foundations, ensuring students fully understand key concepts before moving on to more challenging questions.

During lessons, I use clear explanations, worked examples, and guided practice, followed by exam-style questions to reinforce learning. I place particular emphasis on exam technique, helping students understand how to approach questions, manage time effectively, and avoid common mistakes.

I aim to create a calm and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I am patient and adaptable, adjusting my teaching style depending on whether a student needs extra support or is aiming for top grades.

I also provide regular feedback and track progress over time, helping students build confidence and develop independence in their learning. Lessons can be tailored for revision, catching up on missed content, or pushing high-achieving students further.
