About me

At 22 years old, I am an established GCSE Maths lecturer at West Thames College, working closely within SEN, as well as in the mainstream college where I currently operate. I have a level 3 AET qualification, and am a third year Computer Science undergraduate, offering not only elite Maths tutoring, but career and wellbeing advice!

My lessons are calm and relaxing, but entertaining! I pride myself on my incredible relationships with students, being nominated for staff awards in my first year teaching at the college. Being both a teacher and a student at the same time helps me understand the struggles of being a modern day student, with the experience of teaching hundreds of young and mature learners. But be warned, my lessons always include talks of the "three M's": Maths, music, and movies!

My main area is Foundation Maths, but I also offer Higher tuition.

Yusuf’s lessons are always very relaxed, and he was able to make me confident enough to take on my exam and I was able to pass! Maths was always a tough subject for me and his lessons ensured that I did the best I could on the day.
