Hi! I’m Yin-Chien (or you can call me Vivian), a CELTA-certified English tutor from Taiwan, currently pursuing my Master’s in TESOL at the University of Bristol. My lessons are student-centered, meaning I tailor the content and approach based on your level, needs, and goals. Whether you want to improve your speaking, prepare for IELTS, or strengthen your grammar, I’ll design clear, structured lessons with plenty of interactive activities. I use visuals, real-life examples, and communicative tasks to help you stay engaged and confident.
A typical lesson includes warm-up conversation, focused skill practice (e.g. listening, reading, or writing), and error correction with feedback. I also provide optional homework and progress updates if requested.
Lessons can be delivered in English or Mandarin, depending on your preference. I believe learning should be encouraging, flexible, and fun—and I’m here to support you every step of the way!
