I am a tutor specialising in STEM subjects.
My academic focus areas include:
• A-Level: Mathematics & Chemistry
• GCSE: Physics & Biology

What My Lessons Are Like
My lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to how you learn best. We don't just read from textbooks; we actively solve problems together.
There is no such thing as a silly question - if you're thinking it ask it!
I tailor my approach to each student and how quickly they pick up new concepts and how they learn best whether that be step-by-step problems, past paper questions, quizzes etc.

I am not strict on that we must cover a certain thing each session but my lessons work best if we have a general idea what we will cover on the next session whether that be via an email with a particular question you are struggling with, or a general topic you would like to cover so I can make sure I can structure the lesson to suit your topic/question. I am also more than happy to cover any extra questions etc if we have time during a session.

A typical 60-minute session includes:
• The First 10 Mins: A quick review of previous topics to ensure the knowledge has stuck.
• The Middle 35 Mins: Breaking down new, complex concepts
• The Final 15 Mins: Applying what you just learned to real, GCSE or A-Level past paper questions.

My Experience & Approach
With a strong background in these core subjects, I have successfully mentored numerous students in lower years both at school, college and university. I know where students usually trip up (having been one and still are one myself)—whether it is balancing complex equations or tackling multi-step problems. My approach is patient and stress-free, ensuring you feel comfortable asking questions until you fully grasp the topic.
