Wojuara Animasaun

I am an experienced KS1 and KS2 tutor with a strong passion for helping children develop confidence, independence, and a genuine enjoyment of learning. Over the years, I’ve supported pupils with a wide range of needs — from those who require extra encouragement and reinforcement of key skills, to children who are ready to be challenged and pushed beyond the expected curriculum. My experience has taught me that every child learns differently, and I take great care to adapt my teaching so each lesson feels accessible, engaging, and achievable.
As a tutor, I’m known for being patient, calm, and reassuring. I believe that children learn best when they feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and explore new ideas without pressure. I break concepts down into clear, manageable steps and always check understanding before moving on. Building confidence is at the heart of my approach, and I make sure to celebrate progress, no matter how small.
My online lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to each child’s needs. I use a combination of visual resources, modelling, guided practice, and independent tasks to help children fully grasp new concepts. I also incorporate games, quizzes, and real-life examples to keep learning fun and memorable. At the end of each session, I provide clear feedback so parents know exactly what we covered and what we’ll focus on next. My goal is to help every child feel capable, motivated, and proud of their progress.
