I am an experienced qualified Primary teacher with over 25 years teaching and 11 years tutoring in Primary, Secondary and Special Needs education. I tailor my sessions to the individual student as much as possible taking into account their needs and aspirations. I specialise in Homework support, Non verbal and verbal reasoning for the 11+ exams, English, Geography and History to GCSE and Maths to KS3. I work remotely or face-to face (local area).
My lesson content and style depends very much on the student and our pre lessons discussion. I try to adapt lessons and content to the individuals learning style as much as is possible. Learning may be through written or practical activities depending on the 'curricular/learning intentions' we have agreed to work on. Likewise lesson length can be altered to take account of student's abilities and needs.
