I'm a competent trained teacher of Spanish with many years teaching at the secondary level. I have experience teaching CSEC, GCSE and A-level specifications. I'm good at taking students to exceptional levels of engagement regardless of their initial level of motivation. I'm a competent trained teacher of Spanish with many years teaching at the secondary level. I have experience teaching CSEC, GCSE and A-level specifications. I'm good at taking students to exceptional levels of engagement regardless of their initial level of motivation. I'm a language enthusiast at heart and would consider teaching French, Japanese, and Chinese Mandarin to conversation level or KS3 level.

One of the things I find delightful is to see students use the language they are learning to communicate meaningfully. Even more so, seeing students' steady progress towards attaining that final goal. It is truly amazing when they learn a grammar point, practice it regularly, use it independently and then applying correctly in varying situations.

Outside of working in the classroom, I have done 1-1 and small group tutoring for years with some spectacular results. I would say that my greatest skills is getting people to enjoy learning a language.
