My name is Will, and I have over two years of experience mentoring GCSE students across a variety of subjects. I am passionate about helping young learners build both confidence and competence in their studies, and I strive to create a supportive, engaging environment where every student can thrive.

My lessons are structured but flexible, always tailored to meet each student's unique needs. Typically, I begin by identifying the student’s strengths and areas for improvement. From there, I create personalised lesson plans that align with their school curriculum and exam board. Lessons usually begin with a brief recap of previous content, followed by a focused exploration of new material using clear explanations, guided practice, and interactive discussions. I use past papers, quizzes, and creative tasks to make learning active and memorable, not just a passive process.

Beyond academic progress, I emphasise study skills, time management, and exam techniques—especially important for GCSE success. I’ve mentored students who were initially struggling and helped them achieve grades they once thought were out of reach. I believe patience, encouragement, and consistent effort are key to unlocking potential.
