Volker is an executive coach, facilitator and trainer who equips senior leaders with the clarity, courage and authenticity to lead confidently through uncertainty, market volatility and constant change. He combines hard-won commercial sharpness with psychological depth to help executives navigate career–family tensions without sacrificing what matters most in the pursuit of ambitious goals.
He specialises in working with leaders on the edge of burnout, using a coaching approach that blends strategic business insight with therapeutically informed techniques. His practice is grounded in lived experience of the pressures leaders face: long hours, missed family milestones and the quiet guilt that comes with chasing ever-moving targets.
Volker is an EMCC/ILM7-accredited executive coach and hypno-psychotherapist, a Master Practitioner in NLP, EQi-2.0 certified, an ADHD coach and mindfulness trainer. Across nearly 2,000 coaching hours he has developed a distinctive style that helps leaders build resilience, make values-aligned decisions and lead with greater presence.
Before focusing on coaching, Volker spent more than 20 years leading sales and go-to-market functions in tech scale-ups, SaaS companies and multinationals. He has served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), led teams of 60+ and worked closely alongside founders and CEOs on strategy, growth and organisational change—so many of his clients either come from sales backgrounds or are aspiring to VP/CRO roles.
Today, he also serves as a non-executive director (NED), board advisor and GTM consultant. This dual perspective—operator and advisor—allows him to ground his coaching in the realities of scaling businesses while bringing psychological depth to leadership development.
