Hi Students! Looking for a fun way of learning English? Then you've found the right tutor! My name is Vivien, raised in the UK since birth, with English as my first language.

I have experience teaching English abroad in Thailand, and have helped many kids and adults to improve their conversational skills in English. I believe the best way of learning is by speaking, and having fun without feeling pressured. I also have previously taught in a Montessori-based kindergarten, and firmly believe teaching using methods for students to think using their own creativity and initiative learning. I have also previously provided online lessons using Google meet for a tutor centre, whereby I taught students 7+ years old. I am readily adaptable to many learning styles such as kinesthetic, auditory, written and social. I am able to teach English as a foreign language, or tutor grammar, reading and writing skills based on the UK national curriculum.

The lessons will be held online using canva presentations, with optional games and conversational practice sessions on the topic of your choice. Homework is optional, and short videos may be used to enhance learning. If you are a parent then there will be teaching summaries given after each and every lesson.

If you are preparing for exams then lessons will be tailored to improve your confidence and ability to score higher marks. Please then inform me of your progress and we can analyse your weaknesses, and if necessary analyse past papers together among with other activities.
