My lessons are friendly, supportive and adapted to each student’s individual needs. As someone who has recently completed GCSE Italian with a Grade 9 and is now studying Italian at A level, I understand the difficulties students can face when learning the language and preparing for exams.

I can help students with areas such as grammar, vocabulary, speaking, pronunciation, reading, writing and listening. For GCSE students, I can also help with exam preparation, including practising exam-style questions and developing techniques to approach different parts of the exam.

I like to make lessons interactive rather than simply going through a textbook. Depending on the student’s goals, lessons can include conversations in Italian, vocabulary activities, grammar practice, reading and writing exercises, and exam questions.

I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as I believe this is an important part of learning a language. I can explain difficult topics in a simple way and adjust the pace of lessons depending on the student’s confidence and ability.

Whether a student is just starting Italian or wants extra support with GCSE work, my goal is to help them become more confident and enjoy learning the language.
