I am very familar with BTEC Assignment Briefs along with problem solving questions and case law to facilitate their individual learning and help with their understanding case law so that they can apply them accordingly to the problem solving question with a goodconclusion.

Furthermore i can help understanding complex case law and simlify them so that they can have a clear understanding of the relevant ratio that needs to be addressed rather than going through the facts of case law although they do need to understand the relevance of cases.
It then needs to be applied to problem solving questions effectively and come to a good conclusion to justify their answers effectively.
A conclusion given is essential in dealing with quetions whether they be essay type questions or problem solving questions.
