I believe learning English should feel supportive, practical, and genuinely useful and not intimidating or overly academic.

My lessons are conversational, structured, and built around you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all teaching, so before we begin, I take time to understand your goals, challenges, and learning style. Whether you want to improve your speaking confidence, prepare for exams, communicate better at work, or simply feel more comfortable in everyday conversations, lessons are tailored to your needs.

A typical lesson usually begins with a short warm-up activity or conversation to help you relax and start thinking in English naturally. From there, we focus on the main objective of the session. This may include:

speaking and pronunciation
grammar in context
reading and comprehension
vocabulary building
writing skills
listening and conversational fluency
I use practical, real-world materials wherever possible rather than relying only on textbook exercises, because students learn best when English feels relevant to real life.

I also provide honest, constructive feedback throughout the lesson. Encouragement is important, but real progress comes from understanding mistakes, building confidence, and practising consistently , without feeling judged or pressured.

My background:
I hold a CELTA qualification from IHL and currently work in further education in London, supporting diverse student groups and managing digital learning environments. I am also a part-time associate lecturer for Business School. I am studying for an MBA specialising in AI, which has strengthened my interest in modern, engaging approaches to teaching and learning.

I am experienced in online teaching using MS Teams and Zoom, so lessons can be flexible, interactive, and accessible wherever you are.
