I’m excited to share my experiences and learnings around flexibility, mobility, and posture practice. My focus is on helping students understand various poses, the supporting stretches and movements behind them, and how to safely work toward achieving a particular pose step by step.
I especially enjoy incorporating basic stretching and hip flexor mobility into daily practice, as I believe consistency and body awareness are key. Since every individual’s body and flexibility journey is different, the sessions will be adapted according to each student’s comfort level, ability, and pace of progress.
Wheel pose, headstand, front split etc are some advance poses which will also be demonstrated if interested.
