My work is grounded in structured psychological skills, rather than open-ended conversation. I work with adults using an integrated approach that draws on three evidence-informed, mind-focused methods:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) -
used to help identify and gently shift unhelpful thinking patterns, emotional responses and internal narratives that can keep people feeling stuck or overwhelmed

Hypnotherapy - used in a focused, contained way, drawing on guided relaxation to help calm the nervous system, reduce emotional overload and support emotional processing without pressure.

Mindset and behavioural change coaching - supports clarity, confidence and forward movement, using practical, goal-focused psychological strategies that translate insight into everyday change.

I practise as part of the People Building practitioner network, which is nationally recognised for its training standards, ethical framework and continuing professional development.

This means my work is:

skills-based rather than clinical

psychologically informed

ethically grounded

supported by ongoing supervision and CPD

delivered within clear professional boundaries

You are working with a practitioner who operates within a wider, established professional framework.
Sessions are calm, focused and collaborative.

We work at a pace that feels contained and manageable, while still providing direction. You won’t be pushed to disclose more than feels appropriate, and you won’t be left without a clear next step.

This work is intentionally time-bound rather than open-ended. Many clients work with me for approximately 6–10 sessions, allowing space to understand what’s driving the issue, apply psychological strategies, and embed change — without unnecessary continuation. The exact length of work is always thoughtfully considered and tailored, reviewed as we go, and guided by what feels appropriate and useful for you.
