I first started my teaching by gathering children in my Neighborhood and helping them out with their assignments, when I moved out of that environment,I started helping my cousins with thier assignments and then I started teaching children at church , and doing private home lessons for children. then I started teaching children at church.I use several methods for teaching, and some of these methods include the reward system, this means if you do very well in an assignment or if you answer questions in class you get a reward , and children love gifts ,so this encourages them to read their books to get rewards.Another method I use is ( everyone is a teacher) in this method I give 2-3 students a topic and they have to read on it and prepare to teach the class , by doing that everyone gets to read thier book so they will have something to talk to the class about, I do this until I make sure everyone in the class has presented.and I make sure I give my students assignments to keep them occupied at home and class work too to see if they understood what was taught in class
