I'm a certified children's coach working with young people from secondary school age upwards. I also work part time for Hertfordshire's Welwyn & Hatfield DSPL team (a partnership group that works with school SENCOs and local SEND organisations) and I volunteer as a mentor.

Guided by the principles of NLP and positive psychology I use projective and enabling techniques to ensure my approach is coachee-centred and taps into the innate positivity, honesty and creativity that young people have within them. It gives me goosebumps even now when I’m describing how coaching guides young people towards that light bulb moment, when they realise that yes they can…, they are…, or they do know how to…
