Hi all,

Welcome and thank you for visiting my page, and potentially being your tutor.

My name is Vickey and I am a certified life and wellness/wellbeing coach. I am also certified in sound healing and mental health first aid.

As we can appreciate, today we live in a busy, fast pace world where overwhelm and stress can play a big part in our lives and can sometimes be too much for us to handle.
Everyone is a unique individual that learns at a different pace and I am here to help you understand this, and to let you know that this is all ok.

My lessons are relaxed and based more on chatting (which helps me understand and get to know you a little more). I want to help you, and identify what (if any) potential blocks are in your way.
And what you feel isn't working for you currently.

I believe a problem shared is a problem halved and my glass is always half full.
So, with this in mind, I want to help you get there too.
Between listening and understanding your requirements and with the art of mindfulness techniques, I can help heal and calm the mind. Also, to help you gain clarity and to think more clearly and productively.

I will be here for you every step of the way and for as long as you need.
I will do my utmost to help you become the best version of youself.
