I have over 35 yrs tutoring experience and rotate lessons to encompass English comprehension, composition, Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning.

I am based in Kensington and charge £100 per 50min lesson.

Every week I rotate the 7/8/11/13+ subjects, namely English comprehension, English creative composition, Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning. I use leading edge educational resources, AI platforms and ISEB n school past papers.
I also encourage active intensive reading which is the best way to enrich vocabulary quickly with authors the likes of Roald Dahl, Michael Morpugo, Philip Pullman, Lemony Snicket, Enid Blyton, Anthony Horowitz, Lewis Carrol and many more. A mixture of contemporary and classical literature and poetry often accompanied by films, dvds and audio which makes most genres more interesting and accessible.A world of characters and places opens up to the reader and enthralls him/ her page by page, creating an active imagination for creative composition too.
