I am fully flexible and adapt to the need of the students so that I plan the conversation to match the level of competency to the student working both on weaknesses and strengths. Each week is focused on a different subject of conversation, as pre-planned together with my students, it can be focused on specific themes of interest or subjects of specific studies and/or working fields.
