My lessons are calm, supportive and fully personalised to each student’s needs. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where students feel comfortable talking openly about challenges they may be facing with stress, motivation, confidence or focus.
I am currently studying Psychology and Counselling, which allows me to bring evidence-based understanding of behaviour, emotions and learning into my sessions. Alongside this, I am trained in mindfulness, yoga and Reiki, giving me a holistic approach that supports both mental wellbeing and practical progress.
Each session is tailored to the individual. We begin by identifying goals, challenges and strengths, then work together using simple, effective tools such as mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation strategies, goal-setting, routine building and reflective discussion. For students in education, I also help with organisation, time management, exam stress and building healthy study habits.
My teaching style is encouraging, patient and adaptable. I believe learning and personal growth happen best when students feel heard and understood, so sessions are always paced to suit the student rather than rushed or pressured.
I work with secondary school students, GCSE and A-level students, university students and adults who want support with wellbeing, confidence and personal development. Whether a student feels overwhelmed, unmotivated or simply wants to feel more balanced and focused, my aim is to help them feel empowered, supported and capable.
