Take the sunflower as an example. Sunflowers are heliotropic, which means they rotate their heads to follow the sun all day. I t tracks sunshine to obtain the energy it need for growth. Observing this allows us to apply the concept of phototropism (plants growing or moving towards light) in real life. So the next time you see a sunflower in the garden, you'll remember how plants "chase" light to survive, making the concept simple to see and remember.
