I have taught students in Institutions of higher learning e.g Colleges and Universities and also built the capacity of professionals in the government, NGO's and private sector. I have a team of key experts that work with me and the dynamics of the trainings I offer are tailored to the request and needs of the beneficiaries and includes modules on different science subjects in schools as well as technical, socioeconomic and development modules for government , NGO and private sector staff. I have trained and consulted progressively for the United Nations Children's Fund on water supply, sanitation and hygiene and this cuts across different sectors like health, education, environment, climate change, agriculture, gender and livelihoods to mention a few. I have also consulted for various government agencies and international NGO's and supported the development of strategic documents and roadmaps for various countries to guide the framework for international development processes. Conservatively, my experience spans over 15 years. My training include face to face, classrooms, workshop/conference and remote settings using various IT based formats like MS words, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to deliver training modules in very readable and the simplest form for a variety of audience to understand. I will also take time to explain and clarify any technical or scientific concept for the end users to comprehend and give lessons or short tests to confirm the level of comprehension. I normally give a pre and post test questionnaire for the students to track their progress on the taught subjects.
