That question plagued my GCSE years. The answer to that very question leads to a far deeper understanding of what has been taught.
A stronger understanding leads to far greater retention and therefore performance.
In my experience GCSE was a memory game. However, key problem solving skills were often left out of teaching. This is what I aim to develop by using relevant and exciting exercises.
Not only will this put my students in great stead for GCSE exams, but it will also build strong academic habits preparing them for their next steps.
By trade, I have spent several years instructing a variety of water sports to adults, children and less abled people. This has given me the necessary expertise to adapt my lessons depending on the students preferences.

- I’m 19 years old studying for an MPhys at the University of York.
