About me

I can provide adhoc online sessions using equipment you have at home, online workout programs to use in the gym or I operate as a mobile PT in Chertsey and surrounding areas.

For online/remote clients we will have weekly check ins, daily contact and support and a scheduled monthly check in to discuss changes and improvements we need to make. Support is via whatsapp 6 days per week.
