¡Hola! I’m Tony, a native Spanish speaker from Spain and a bilingual English-Spanish professional based in London. I moved to the UK to pursue my dream of becoming a film director, and along the way I’ve built an international career working across creative projects and multicultural environments. I’m passionate about teaching and helping people feel confident using Spanish in real-life situations.

I believe the best way to learn a language is through a combination of clear explanations, practical use and conversation, adapted to each student. Before we begin, I like to understand your current level, goals and interests so that our lessons can be genuinely useful to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Depending on what you want to achieve, we can work on conversation and fluency, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading or writing, as well as academic Spanish or Spanish for professional environments. As a native Spanish speaker who is also fluent in English, I can explain concepts and differences between both languages clearly when needed, while gradually encouraging you to use more Spanish as your confidence grows.

I’m particularly passionate about cinema, music and pop culture, and I love the idea of using the things you are genuinely interested in as part of the learning process. Films, songs, TV, current culture or simply a great conversation can all become opportunities to practise Spanish naturally and make lessons more engaging.

My professional experience has involved mentoring, providing constructive feedback, bilingual English-Spanish communication and adapting content for different audiences. I bring the same approach to teaching: patient, supportive and attentive to how each person learns.

Most importantly, I want lessons to be a space where you feel comfortable speaking, asking questions and making mistakes. Whether you are studying Spanish, need it professionally or simply want to become more fluent, we can build the lessons around you and what you want to achieve.
