Hi,
I am a Chemical Engineering student with a strong passion for Mathematics and Chemistry, and I am excited to help students build confidence and achieve their academic goals in these subjects. My studies have given me a deeper understanding of both Maths and Chemistry, allowing me to explain concepts clearly while showing how they are applied in real-world engineering and scientific contexts.

I understand that each student learns differently, which is why I tailor my support to each individual’s needs, learning style, and pace. Whether you need help understanding difficult topics, preparing for exams, improving problem-solving skills, or strengthening your overall knowledge, I prepared to support and focus on the areas which need work. I encourage students to bring questions, challenging topics, and practice problems to our sessions so that we can work through them together in a supportive and positive environment.

Lessons are conducted online via Zoom and make use of an interactive whiteboard that both the student and I can edit in real time. This creates a highly engaging learning experience where we can solve problems together, work through calculations step by step, draw diagrams, and make notes collaboratively. My aim is to ensure that students actively participate in lessons rather than simply listen, helping them develop a deeper understanding of the material.

As a bilingual tutor, I am able to teach in both English and Welsh, allowing students to learn in the language they feel most comfortable using.

Outside of lesson time, I am available for messages throughout most of the day and aim to respond promptly to questions and queries. I am committed to providing ongoing support and helping students feel confident in their abilities. My goal is to create a friendly, encouraging learning environment where students can progress at their own speed and reach their full potential.
