I believe in hands-on learning and teaching. Biology is a practical subject which theoretical knowledge, while good, is not entirely sufficient. Being a researcher a Molecular Bioscience, I can design basic practical lessons to meet the academic needs of my students. In instances where a full practical session cannot be organised, I am equipped with the skills to design an alternative to practical.

Also, using visual aids and pictures helps students to retain knowledge better and I will be employing this while teaching.

To hold the attention of my students, my classes will not be boring. I will make them interactive by asking the students questions and guarding them towards the right answers.

Following the set curriculum, I will prepare them for their exams, and grade them fairly according to their capabilities.

I enjoy working with young minds as I believe they are the next generation of scientific researchers and should be given the best education possible.
